This gorgeous HUMMINGBIRD FLOWERS YELLOW ENAMEL TEAPOT features an lovely turquoise HUMMINGBIRD dipping into a mauve pink flower! The border, sides, spout, handle and lid all feature a stunning sunshine yellow background with more yellow and pink flowers plus a delicate scroll-like design that's yellowish-gold in color. The design is identical on the reverse side. These are made of hand painted enamel over copper. The laborious 23 processes used to create these is what gives the enamel it's luminous, shiny quality. Each are signed and numbered by the artisan who painted them and only a limited number are made, thus making them very collectible and sought after. These are from the original designs of artist Kelvin Chen. Removable lid. Measures approx 3.25"h x 4"w. They come in a sturdy , lovely green silk keepsake box with certificate of authenticity.
