These cartridges were used once and then sent to our factory where they underwent an extensive process including cleaning, testing the chips, and ink refilling.
Before being sealed, the cartridges were tested in a live printer to ensure crisp text and true color reproduction. The cartridges were finally sealed and placed in a static protective bag.
Depending on the state of the chip on the cartridge, it may read the correct ink level and it also may not. Despite the ink level reading, the cartridge should perform normally as if it were reading full and provide quality prints for the full life of the cartridge.
