<br />Use it as body cream. Massage on arms, waist, tummy, buttocks, thigh and leg using upwards direction and untill it absorbed. Twice daily. you'll feel hot after 5 minutes. If you think the hot is not too strong for you, you may cover a plastic wrap with it as below picture shows. Normally, you'll feel hot and burning within 5 minutes with a wrap.
