About Replace, Refund

 After delivery, If our shipped product has bad, yeah we will replace that for you by free.
 But if you wanna replace or refund that just for change colors or wanna buy other products, that must be make you so stressful because shipping fee is yours.
that overseas shipping fee is so terribly high and all our products are shipping from Korea coz we sell made in korea products and we working in korea office.
Before purchase some products, if you don't sure about colors or something, please contact us for make sure and clear about what you want know.

 
About all of Flip, Diary's screen cover type casing.

 When a mount that casing's to your smart phone at the first time, cover is look so tight and float from screen.
 It's not a defective. We can't refund or replace for this. Coz that all fablics, leathers are will stretch after few week. If manufacturers make that so
fit for first time, after few weeks that look so weird coz stretch. Please understand and remind it, if your wanna buy that explaned types casing.

About smart on/off(Auto on/off) functions.

 Some of smart phone has auto on/off function. But Samsung smart phone's smart function is not work without samsung permitted smart function chip.
That licenced chip is soooo rather expensive than casing some time. When you buy function casings and want know about smart on/off. Please ask all to us feel free.
