In an unlikely event that the shoes is defective, I will exchange the shoe within 7 days.If you do find the product unsatisfactory, I am willing to exchange for another product of similar price. Please, allow 1-2 weeks from the receipt for the exchange.

Please note that the delivery time can be between 4 - 10 working days for the 'NON-REGISTERED' option. However, the delivery time for the 'REGISTERED MAIL' option is between 2-3 working days. Working days EXCLUDE Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays. Your understanding is greatly appreciated.
