How it works?

The protective mat is what it the name says it is. This mat is used as a surface protection. Often when we run on our treadmill, the shock absorbers on the treadmill do not absorb ALL the shock. The unabsorbed shock goes directly to your floor which can sometimes cause damage to delicate flooring like parquet. Hence, the protective treadmill mat acts as a backup shock absorber to prevent any damage to your floor.
