Planetary Herbals CholestGar consists of garlic concentrate yielding 8,000 ppm of allicin per gram, and guggul extract delivering 40 mg of guggulsterones daily. Both ingredients have been widely studied for their ability to help maintain cholesterol levels already within the normal range, when consumed as part of a total dietary program. Additional Chinese herbs are included for supporting normal circulation.

Directions
2 tablets twice daily between meals.
