Delivery:

Normal Mail - Singpost would take approximately 3-7 working days, depending on seasonal peak. Buyers please note the potential loss of parcel during mall transit, and the potential damage incurred during mailing. Any loss or damaged article resultant of mailing, would not be entertained.

Qxpress - Qxpress would take approximately 2-5 working days. We strongly recommend buyers to use this method, as would promptly update the tracking information. We would update the tracking number via system. Unexpected courier delays may happen, we shall not be responsible for it.




Defective Item:

There is defect in our merchandise. Defects include holes, missing parts, faulty stitching and discoloration, stains. Wrong merchandise size shipped. In the event if  you receive an incorrect design, colour or a defective piece, please take a picture and email us at iluvue.m@hotmail.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible. We do not do exchange for items that does not fit as the measurements are clearly provided on our site. All our measurements are taken while laid flat. There may be a 0.1" - 0.8" difference in our given measurements.  In such cases, the variance will not be considered as a defect. Please note that we do not do Exchange nor Refund unless items defect we will change the same design. Colours may vary due to screen resolution. Do take note, all items are exclusivly manufacted and 100% premium quality fabric. 

We recommend our customers to see the models pictures in details before purchase to prevent from any misunderstanding. Do take note that we are close on Saturday / Sunday and Public Holidays, any orders on these days will only be approve on the next working day.
