I’ve already marked 12 special days on my 2014 calendar. 1 day in each month, there will be 1 lucky winner who will receive an additional “affinity token” (gift) along with their order. The gift will be pack into their order and send out according to their order shipping method. As I’ve already selected 12 items as the award prize & I cannot control if the winner is male/female thus I apologize for any inconvenience caused. Monthly Best Premium Review Awards ($10 value)
Each month, I will choose 1 premium review for this award. I’ll whatapps the winner photos of the gift to inform them before mailing them. If winner does not use or reply via whatapps, I will sms them but am not able to MMS them the photos of the gift due to the cost of sending MMS. I will be selecting the winner of the previous month within the 1st week of each month. There is no requirement of praising me or my items to win. Main purpose of this event is to rewards buyers who invested some time and effort in making premium review not to self promote or boost my sale.

In January 2015, I will check through my Qoo10 sale summary and award the buyer who brought from me the most times a special “affinity token”( gift). If there are more than 1 nominees, I will award the 1 with the higher total amount ‘spent’. It does not deduct the discount you get from using coupons, it will be base on pre coupon price. WARNING : Quite a number of online sellers merely put the screen protector into a paper envelope without additional cardboard to protect the screen protector against benting during shipping. Many doesn't even care to write " FRAGILE" or "Do Not Bent" on the envelope. Some only post after collecting enough orders. These sellers will charge high price for registered mail and won't warranty any damaged mail cause by their poor packaging if buyers did not choose registered mail.
Some sellers use 1st local or 2nd local stamps ($0.26 or $0.36) to post screen protectors, ALL parcels using 1st local or 2nd local stamps will go through machine sorting thus can EASILY DAMAGED the screen protectors! To avoid using machine to sort my parcel for screen protector i use $0.50 stamps which puts my parcel as "non-standard mail". Feel free to verify with SingPost if ALL standard mails goes through machine sorting or not.
These sellers are making buyers pay to gamble for the good SingPost postman service, because when you receive your order in good conditions the credits goes to postman not seller's bad packaging.
Also premium grade screen protector already cost more than USD$1++ for BIG bulks order if we directly ordering from China factory thus chances of paying SGD$1.70 for premium grade screen protector is EXTREMELY LOW! Don't be fooled by common sales tactics!

Unlike other sellers who merely put the screen protector into envelope and use first local stamp to post, expecting buyers to pay for gamble for the good service of SingPost deliveryman. These sellers charge $3.50+ for registered mail and will NOT warranty for their low quality packaging if buyers choose Non Registered Mail.
NOTICE: This screen protector is for Sony Xperia Mobile Phone NOT Tablets. I've followed the correct GIVEN NAME (by Sony Xperia) for their Xperia Z3 Compact. Please do not be confused by Xperia Z3 TABLET Compact. Also price for Tablets is DEFINITELY HIGHER due to it's size.
Seller will NOT be responsible for Lost Mail if buyer select SingPost Normal Mail as there is NO way of tracking. Simply said a buyer can claim didn't receive even after actual receiving. SingPost will not be responsible even if they lost the parcel during shipping. As this item is selling at very near wholesale price i've paid for, it is simply unfair for a buyer to demand replacement for lost mail if they select NON registered mail shipping.
To encourage buyers to use SingPost Registered Mail, i am covering a portion of the cost. Actual Postage for Registered Mail will be $2.74 + Qoo10 fee= $3++ but i will only be charging discounted price of $3 for SingPost Registered Mail.
Basically it is just like paying extra $3 for insurance and getting your order faster as SingPost handle Registered Mail faster than normal mail and better handling of fragile items like the free screen protector.
For some, it may seems expensive to pay extra $3 for registered mail shipping but when compare with the time needed and the returning bus/MRT fare to a shop to buy, $3 is not expensive to pay for insurance (faster shipping, 100% no lost mail, replacement for damaged goods received, more care and attention is provided to the parcel so lesser chances of damages, a peace of mind, no need to worry about missing, delayed or damaged parcels).
Photo and Video will be taken for all orders. Seller will take photo to display the condition of all screen protector & carton cardboard with the buyer's mailing address written on envelope. When seller dispatch the parcel (order) into the SingPost mail collection bin, i will take a video of the whole process. At times i might subsitute the video with free "certificate of posting" to acknowledge receipt of the parcel.
