Self-collection Details:

  •   - This item is available for self-collection.
  •   - Please note that selecting self-delivery is by self-collection!

  •     We accept cash upon self-collection.
  •   - Self-collect available on weekdays at Bugis, Cityhall, Dhoby Ghaut from 7.30pm onwards, exclude Thursday.
        For weekends, from 2pm onwards.
       *TripleONE/Somerset around lunchtime or between 7pm -7.15pm.
       *Boonlay every Thursday 8.30pm onwards.
       *TripleONE/Somerset & Boonlay not available on weekends.
  •   - If buyer prefer to pay via online, please select self delivery(self-collectiom) from above option. Remember to leave a note in         memo on preferred meetup venue/time/date from the list for self-collection upon checkout. We will get back to you with          48hrs as soon as possible.
  •   - Please let us know at least 1 day in advance before the day of meetup preferred. No last min order in case we are unable to    make it.

Postage Details:

  •   - If buyer prefer to receive by postage, normal mail and registered mail is available in above option.
  •   - Shipping charge include postage fee + handling fee, such as wrappings etc.
  •   - Normal does not come with tracking, thus there'll be lost mail risk.
  •   - Registered mail comes with tracking and avoid lost mail risk.
  •   - Normal mail is not available for item bigger than 40cm.
  •   - Please take note that once item(s) is mailed out, it will only reach buyer in 3-4 working days.
  •   - If there is any delay with post office, it might only reach buyer after 1 or 2 weeks.
  •   - Post office is closed from Saturday afternoon onwards till Monday. Post office is closed on Sunday and Public holidays. Hence, we are unable to send mails on these days.
