Paypal payment is preferred. E-check payment will take about 7 -10 days to be processed.
Items will be shipped out only when payment has been cleared.

Returns/Exchange policy

Please do note that we will not accept returns for slight color difference as the color on screen may vary slightly from the actual item due to the brightness,lighting etc from each individual's screen. However, rest assured that our images are taken from the actual product itself and hence WYSIWYG.

Return/exchange is available if dresses are damaged,incorrect or have imperfection. All purchases must be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt of items and in brand-new condition as you received them.
Before you mail your item back to us, please contact us for return address and enclosed with your returned item -- item number and reason for return/exchange.
Buyer need to take care of the return postage.
Dresses which have been worn, altered or customized dresses cannot be returned or exchanged.
All returned gowns will have a 20% restocking fees applied from the full purchase price of the gown. Any refused or non-deliverable merchandise will also incur a 20% restocking fees.
