Put Adequate amount of Hand cream on your hand, and wear plastic glove before use. This will intensify absorption of cream into hand, and help skin and wrinkle care of hands.

Your Hand should be Palm Downwards                    1. Place your hand with palm facing downwards
Do not use continuously                    2. Place you hand where the round acupresssure on the bottom to be in the middle of your palm
At fist use, aching may occur due to stiffen muscles                    3. Press Power Button to operate
