Please choose size according to insole length.
Insole Length = Foot Length + 0.5 cm ~ 1.0 cm.Youcan also add 1.5 cm.
Example:
If the foot length is 16 cm, 16 cm +0.5 cm ~ 1.0 cm= 16.5 cm ~ 17 cm , then you can choose the corresponding US size to make order.
