Recommended Use:
Take Neuganics Original Wild Mediterranean Oregano Oil Orally:
Hold 3-5 drops under the tongue for several minutes to allow for sublingual absorption, followed by water. Oil of Oregano can be quite intense in its undiluted form. Mix with a small glass of juice, water, or milk before consuming. Oregano oil (3-6 drops) mixed with juice can aid sore throat, cold, sinus and irritated gums conditions. Take 3 to 5 times per day. For extended use of more than 2 weeks, consider supplementing with a probiotic (see safety precautions).
Children below 5 should avoid oral use of oil of oregano. Ages 5 to 11 :1 – 3 drops, 3 to 5 times per day. Ages 12 & Up: 3 drops, 3 to 5 times per day. Mix with juice, water or milk, or place undiluted drops on tongue followed by water.
Apply Neuganics Original Wild Mediterranean Oregano Oil Topically (on the Skin):
Oregano oil can be applied directly to the skin to help heal fungal infections, itches and other skin irritations. Apply to affected areas several times per day. Dilute further 1:1 in olive oil for sensitive skin, and 1:3 for genital mucosa. Avoid eyes and ear canal. Heat sensation is normal.
Children Ages 6 months to 5 years: Dilute 1:2 or 1:3 in olive oil. Ages 5 years & Up: Dilute 1:1 in olive oil for sensitive skin. Apply to affected areas several times per day.
