Directions

Add contents of the pack to 165 ml (5.5 fl oz) water, 2 fresh eggs or equivalent (ORGRAN No Egg egg replacer) and 60 g (2.1 oz) vegetable margarine.
With an electric mixer, mix on low speed to combine and then on high speed for 4 minutes.
Pour the batter into a greased cake tin 20 cm x 5 cm (8 x 2 inches). Bake in a preheated oven for 30-35 min at 180°C/350°F.Free OfGluten, wheat, dairy, egg, yeast, GMO, soy, nut and animal derivatives.
