I used this toothpaste for about a week and half so I could get the full effects of the toothpaste. After using it the first day, I was licking my teeth with my tongue all day. Weird I know-but my teeth felt like I just got back from the dentist! They felt super clean, no plaque on them or anything! As I kept using the toothpaste, I noticed that my hot/cold sensitivity on food and drinks went away. My currently tooth pain subsided as I used the toothpaste. The only thing that I did not like about the toothpaste was the taste. I am use to my scope mouthwash toothpaste leaving a super clean fresh breath scent-but all I got was a weak minty taste. I think the Sensodyne toothpaste would be prefect with mouthwash combine in it or a stronger minty taste. It leaves a great minty freshness to your breath after use without being overpowering and also gives your teeth an amazing clean feeling. It felt like I had just had a cleaning at the dentists office. I have extremely sensitive teeth and most regular toothpaste ends up hurting my teeth while I'm brushing. This one did not hurt at all while still giving me that ultimate clean! Also I noticed a big difference in my ability to have hot or cold foods. Usually a cold popsicle would be miserable but after using this for a week I noticed that I could actually enjoy eating one without the extreme pain. I would highly recommend this product to anyone, even if you don't have sensitive teeth!
