How to Use the Milkies Freeze

Freezing and storing milk:

1. Cool your milk before freezing.
2. Fill a breast milk storage bag with 2-8 ounces of breast milk.
3. Lay bag flat on the quick freeze tray until frozen.
4. When frozen place into the top slot with top side of bag facing out.

Removing and thawing milk:

1. Remove a frozen storage bag from the bottom slot.
2. Thaw slowly in refrigerator or cool water.

Separation is normal swirl gently to mix.

Breast milk expands when frozen be careful not to overfill bags.
