This racket is designed with pips in rubber on a 1/4" professional hard plywood blade with a 3/32" sponge underlay. The handle has a cork core which increases control and provides excellent ball feedback. It's ITTF (International Table Tennis Federation) approved, allowing you to use it during competition. The Garlando Tornado table tennis racket has a performance rating of: 9.5 for speed, 9.5 for spin and 7.5 for control (scale of 1-10, with 10 as the maximum).
