Activation Online
After receiving the SIM card, just follow the steps below:

Submit Activation Details(Order number,SN code,Activation time)
Plug and Use When Arrived Destination.
Note: please submit your activation details at least 2 days before your trip.
Activation time usually will be around 9:00am(Los Angeles Time), closing time will be around 24:00. (The certain o’clock cannot be guaranteed, different cities have time difference)
Please be noticed that neither rescheduling of activation would be arranged, nor refund will be given, if you change your travel itinerary without noticing us at least 4 days in advance.
Please ensure your 4G/LTE and data roaming is enabled and note that this sim card is valid for 10-30 consecutive calendar days from and including the day of activation. Dual SIM phone please make sure phone support 4GLTE and leave un-used slot empty.

1. Does this sim work in my phone or devices?
Make sure you have an unlocked mobile device and support the frequencies mentioned above. You can contact to your device’s manufacturer or check with the device’s technical specifications for details.
2. what do I need to do if it is not working?
Please ensure "Cellular Data setting” and "Data Roaming setting” is On and double check "how to use” and "APN setting” in the user manual. If you still cannot make it, please contact us via hi@andystrip.com or WhatsApp(SMS only, +65 8811 1234) with interrelated problems statement and screenshot. We will response as soon as possible.
3. If I travel abroad for 16 days, are not provided on your item type, what should I do?
