It is made only from grape varieties (mainly Trebiano species) cultivated on the hills of Modena.
Unlike ordinary balsamic vinegar, it is not a dark color but a yellowish clear color.
The sweet and sour flavor is filled with a unique flavor of balsamico.
Its use can be widely used for all kinds of dishes and it is suitable for fish and white meat, especially because it can leave the original color of the dish as it is when used for finishing.
