PS: To find out box model, please check the logo on front panel of the box.
Warn: Once the account/firmware is activated/used in one set, can not be used in other set. Otherwise, the account will be killed by the server, can not be re-activated again. You have to buy new account no other choice. 
Plus, the subscription is for most of Starhub channels, can not promise for certain channels.

Upgrade Steps
Renewal of license for Qbox4000, Qbox5000 subscription
1. Dowload the iks_key.cfg file(send by email after payment) on computer, and copy to thumbdrive.
2. Plug in the thumdrive to the box USB port. Go to MENU-Tools-Upgrade By USB.
"Upgrade mode" choose "ICS setting" , "Upgrade File" choose the iks_key.cfg, press on "Start" button. It will show "upgrade successfully" after finish.

3. Connect box to Internet via Ethernet cable or WIFI dongle[WIFI config via MENU-Interent-WIFI manager], reboot(power off and on) the box.
