More like chalk texture.. I also notice after washing, it leaves white marks or white wrinkle marks on it as well as the pillow covers and the sham.. Wasted my money and will not buy this item or any kind of item from this brand again. Was this review helpful?Yes (0)No (1)Reportcool color combo11/28/2016Average rating:5out of5stars, based onreviews11/28/2016by teacherlove805my very picky son loved this bed. so i had to let other moms know how great this bed is.
