Warranty and Exchange Policy:
1) Free 30 days one-to-one exchange for faulty items due to manufacturing fault. One year extended warranty also available for seperate purchase.

3) In the event that an item is faulty during the warranty period, buyer to contact seller at keneil10@yahoo.com to arrange for bring-in exchange or repair. Seller will either send the faulty item to the manufacturer for repair or replace with a new one or alternative product.
4) Buyer to ensure all packaging and assessories are in original condition
5) Warranty starts from the 3rd day after item is shipped out

1) All items are shipped from Singapore Warehouse
