•  E - ticket is valid for 3 months.

•  Guest's reservation is based on first come first serve basis.

•  E - ticket is valid for 2 hours of unlimited board gaming + one main course + one beverage.

•  All our food sources are from Halal Certified Suppliers Only. You can request to view our Suppliers' Halal Certificate when you are in the Café.

•  Dining timing is within the 2 hours of gaming.

•  Settlers Game Hosts will move from table to table to assist customers on how the game is played. 

•  Promotion food and beverages are subjected to change if certain dishes & beverages are sold out due to higher demand on the day of visit.

•  Not inclusive of alcoholic beverages.

•  E - tickets are not applicable for function, parties, corporate, events or group that is above 10 guests.

•  There will be grace period of 10 minutes from your reservation time. 2 hours of gaming time will begin after the grace period.

•  E - ticket is non - refundable, non - exchangeable, but transferable.

•  $10 will be charged per customer if outside food and beverages are brought into the Café. Except birthday cake.

•  Extension is based on availability. Extension hours: Pay $4.50 per hour per guest directly to Settlers Café. We will absorb GST currently. There will be 10% service charge.

•  Prior reservation is required; please message us at our facebook page at 'settlers cafe'. We will keep in touch with you about your reservation.

•  Settlers remains the right to allocate a time for customer if their choice of time appears to be packed. We will communicate with customer about the time allocation.
