1 lozenge every 2 hours as needed. For optimal results, dissolve completely in mouth, allowing prolonged contact in throat area. Avoid taking on an empty stomach or with citrus juices. Do not exceed 6 servings in a 24-hour period. Do not use for more than 3 days at a time.
