Shipping

Singpost Normal Mail (At Your Own Risk)

All Item(s) will be sent out via Singpost Normal Mail after payment received. It will take 2-5 working day for the items to be delivered to your mailbox, no Tracking number will be available. Thus, Crystalife will not be liable of ay lost mail.

Singpost Registered Mail (Highly Recommend)

Tracking number availabe for Registered Mail. Items will be sent 3-5 working days. Items will be sent to your doorstep and signature is required.

Exchange and Refund Policy

Kindly ensure and check that your order(s) is correct before purchasing as item(s) sold/sent are not allowed for exchange or refund, unless item(s) was sent to you wrongly.

Lost Mail

Liability

Dear Buyers, Crystalife appreciate the support of all our new and old term buyers.

1) We encourage all our buyers to update and inform us directly once you received your items and should there be any dispute about your items(ie Missing items) kindly inform us ASAP and DIRECTLY via email/contact once you received your order as Qoo10 will still need to contact us to resolved the issue and there may be a lapse of time. Kindly note that for missing items that are not reported to us within 1 week from date of received, we will take it that the items are received in order and any subsequent claims will be treated as fraudulent and if buyer’s should insist that they want a fair claim, buyers may refer to the relevant authority for claims.

2) Buyers who are using their office address to receive their items. Kindly ensure that you check the address and notify us the name of the recipient that the parcel should be handed over to (ie security guard post etc) or if there is any special clearance or channel that we need to take note please inform us prior to the delivery (ie Courier service).
