Microwave & Stove Top Amounts
To Make 1 Serving:
- 1-1/4 Cups Water
- 1/2 Cup Oat Bran
- Dash of salt (optional)

To Make 2 Servings:
- 2-1/2 Cups Water
- 1 Cup Oat Bran
- Dash of salt (optional)

To Make 3 Servings:
- 3-3/4 Cups Water
- 1-1/2 Cups Oat Bran
- 1/8 Tsp. Salt (optional)

Microwave Directions
1. Combine water, oat bran and salt in medium (1-1/2 qt.) microwaveable bowl.

2. Microwave on HIGH
- 1 serving: 2-1/2 to 3 minutes
- 2 servings: 4-1/2 to 5-1/2 minutes or until thickened,
stirring halfway through cooking.

3. Stir before serving.

Microwave ovens vary in power; cooking times may need adjustment

Stove Top Directions:
1. Combine water, oat bran and salt.
2. Bring to a boil.
3. Cook about 1 minut eover medium heat,
stirring occasionally.
