All you have to do is take them regularly and drink at least 65oz of water and you will see results!

Great product way easier to digest then the liquid I was working in a very hot fast paced factory I was taking 2 pills before each shift drank lots of water and didn't really change my diet or exercise and still lost 30lbs in 3months!!!!

Apple cider vinegar complete

Love, love, love!!! They are amazing I have dropped 15 lbs since taking them about 6 months. I will continue to take these as I am seeing results. Its not am overnight thing it takes time to lose the weight, along with diet and exercise you will see results!
