Handmade Strawberry quartz and silver bracelet

Strawberry quartz is a commercial name for very rare type of quartz. Transparent quartz containing fine strawberry red color crystal hairs of hematite producing a brilliant optical effect was first discovered in Uruachic,Sonora desert,Mexico has not come into the market for more than 25 years. The second find and only available now in very limited quantity was made in late 1980's during the optical rough quartz exploration. The location called Shakyrtaz and situated in a remote southern Kazakhstan high mountains,  80 km SE of Chimkent city,Kazakhstan.  It used to produce beautiful fully terminated floaters of very bright strawberry color highly appreciated by collectors. This material makes exceptional faceted gems and cabochonsto use in jewerly.
