1. Due to different producing batches, there may be deviation of 1 to 3CM for items
2. Colors on your computer monitor may differ slightly from actual product colors depending on your monitor settings

- We have all right to reject the order even after buyer had paid, We will refund the money once we reject the order .
- Buyer have to responsible to track their item with courier service .Buyer have to pay another shipping charges in order to resend back the item.
- If the delivered parcel received Broken or damaged in anyway , please do not accept as we will not responsible for damages caused by courier service companies.
- For faulty items,we do accept exchange and warranty following our policies written below:
1. item must in its original condition i.e. new , unused,unopened, manuals & other item in the package.
* if item is out of stock ,please allow time for stock replacement action.
2. Buyer will be responsible for any charges incurred in returning the items for repair /exchange /faulty/not dunction / under warranty.
3. Delivery / Shipping fee is non-refundable in all cases.
4. Prior to any return, must inform us for return address & procedure.

For problem with items ,customer must -
- Notify us within 24hours of receipt of delivery , no claims will be entertained after this period.
- Item must reach us within 3 working days (for west malaysia), 5 working days (for east malaysia) based on date of notification that you sent to us with the following details
1. - Describe type of faulty
2. - Photo / Video & courier slip of the faulty item received.
