Who is Wanhao?

WANHAO has been involved in the 3D printer industry field since early 2011. Back then, several roommates used all their pocket money and bought one
Thing-O-Matic from Makerbot. This precious, awesome machine brought these college students great enthusiasm with their 3D projects and helped these buddies build their dream machine.

On Oct 1, 2011, WANHAO Duplicated the Thing-O-Matic and named it DEPLICATOR ONE. This 1st Generation Made-In-China 3D printer combined
most of the advantages of the RepRap and Makerbot printers, and included an upgrade of the extruder to a Non-Block sytle head.

In June 2012, WANHAO has invented it's own 3D printer with an LCD display which is now called DUPLICATOR TWO. This was agianst leap that finally freed your computer so that you don't have to keep your computer runningwhile you print. Standalone printing had arrived! Just a simple SD card provides the printer with all the data it needs to print.

On Oct 1, 2012, the WANHAO 2 EXTRUDER Printer, Duplicator 3, was introduced to the local market. This was a big step for Wanhao.

On June 18th, 2013, the WANHAO Duplicator 4 with an improved extruding system made PLA printing a piece of cake. We offered all our Duplicator 3 customers a free upgrade to replace their D3 Nozzle with D4 PLA Nozzle. We hope the Wanhao D4 Service Care program will benefit all our customers throughout the world.
