Dear customers, we are using a 3rd party logistics to handle all our deliveries.

While we will do our best in managing and coordinating with the delivery team regarding your special requests, we seek your kind understanding that not all requests will be adhered to.

Our delivery team delivers 3 - 5 working days upon receipt of orders, any time between 9am – 6pm.

Should you not receive the stocks after 5 working days, please write in to us at Shangxin@sciecomm.com so that we can contact and follow up with the delivery team.
