Buttercream recipe
100gm butter
150gm icing sugar
1 tbsp hot water
Method
1) put the butter in a mixing bowl & beat with mixer to soften.
2) add in icing sugar & beat until smooth & creamy.
3) add hot water & beat again until very soft & fluffy.
Flavours
Lemon - use 2 tbsp lemon juice instead of water. Add finely grated lemon skin.
