Ingredients: Wheat Farina, Sugar, Natural Flavors, Cinnamon, Calcium Carbonate, Salt, Guar Gum, Defatted Wheat Germ, Dry Molasses, Xanthan Gum, Non-Dairy Creamer (Partialy Hydrogenated soybean Oil, Corn Syrup Solids, Sodium Caseinate (from Milk), Dipotassium Phosphate, Mono-and Diglycerides, Silicon Dixoide, Soy Lecithin), Ferric Orthophosphate, Caramel Color, Vitamin A Palmitate, Niacin, Cholecalciferol, Riboflavin, Pyridoxine Hydrochloride, Thiamine Mononitrate, Folic Acid, BHT (to preserve freshness).

Instructions: Microwave Directions: 1. Mix cereal and 1/2 cup water in microwavable bowl. For creamier cereal, use fat free milk. 2. Cook on high 1 to 1 1/2 minutes*. 3. Stir 1 minute and serve. Caution bowl may be hot; use care when removing from microwave. For thinner cereal use a little more liquid. For thicker cereal use a little less liquid. *Microwave ovens vary. Cooking times are approximate. Conventional Directions: 1. Empty packet into bowl. 2. Add 1/2 cup boiling water all at once. For creamier cereal, use hot fat free milk. 3.
