Instruction:

1. Soak thesharpening stone in water(salt water is better) for 15 minutesbeforeuse.
2. Use the #1000grit stone for coarse grinding, use the #3000 and #5000 grit stonesfor fine grinding.
3. Sharpeningblades in a 10~20 degree angle would reach a bettereffect.
4. Aftersharpening, clean the stone with wet cloth or water, then dryit.
