PRODUCT DIRECTIONS / ADDITIONAl INFO
Take morning serving (1 red capsule) with 8-12 Fl. Oz. of water early to middle of morning. Take afternoon serving (1 orange capsule) with 8-12 fl. oz. of water 4-6 hours after morning serving. For best results, use for 8 weeks in combination with diet and exercise. Use only as directed.
