** Delivery Procedure ** 
 

1. We will send out the ordered items within 2 to 3 working days (excluding weekends & Public Holidays) upon receiving payment confirmation notification from Qoo10.

2. For Pre-order item, please read the estimated shipping date before you confirm your purchase.  Purchase only when you are willing to wait as delivery from supplier side may varies due to unforeseen circumstances or overwhelming demand.

3. We highly recommend customers to opt for Qxpress (Registered Mail)

4. We are not liable for any loss of mail or damaged items in the process of delivery for normal mail.

5.  SingPost Normal Mail - We do not have control over their delivery date and time.  SingPost will deliver your parcel into your letterbox and they do not call you before delivery.  No tracking number will be given, hence there is no way to check where is your parcel.
 
Qxpress (Registered Mail) - An external delivery company.  We do not have control over their delivery date and time.  They will provide a tracking number for you, hence you can check the status of your parcel.
 

 

** Exchange/Refund **

 

1. All Sales are final. Goods sold are non-exchangeable and refundable unless is due to manufacturing defect or wrongly sent. 

2. Buyers have to inform us within 3 days upon receiving their items and items should be returned to us via Registered Mail in their original and new condition.
