★ INSTRUCTIONS FOR SOUS VIDE COOKING:

❖ Put the food to be cooked or preserved, in the vacuum bag.
❖ Slide the sous vide bag sealer clip ( white clip) on the zip of the bag to close the zip bag properly.
❖ Place the hand Vacuum VERTICALLY over the air valve on the vacuum bag and suck out air.
❖ In case you want to cook it using Sous Vide method, Immerse the vacuumed bag containing the food, completely in the hot water bath container.
❖ Use the green container clips to secure the bag to the container.
