This system can select a suitable grinding angle of 30, 25, 20, 17 degrees depending on the clamp fixing the knife and the grinding guide rod.
The whetstones are distinguished by color and can be distinguished intuitively, and the grip part of the whetstone is also useful for protecting fingers with a good fit.
By using this kit it is possible for even beginners of knife grinding to make a sharp knife well.
It is a deluxe kit which added two additional whetstones to three of basic Lansky's sharpening kit.
