step 1

Press and hold the Sleep button at the top right corner of the main unit to call up the power off button and turn off the power.

Remove the screws on both sides of the main unit Lightning connector with the (star) driver.

Step 2

Pull the suction cup to the front button side of the front panel and pull slowly to open the front panel.

Step 3

When the panel is tightly fixed, at the stage where a slight gap is formed between the panel and the case, it is easy to open by inserting a plastic spatula or the like.

Attention: Pulling from ear speaker side may cut connection cable such as internal liquid crystal screen

Step 4

Remove the liquid crystal screen or the fixing plate of the cable connecting the digitizer and the logic board.

Screw holding the fixing plate

(Length 1.3 mm / head diameter 1.9 mm)

(Length 1.6 mm / head diameter 2.2 mm)

(Length 3.0 mm / head diameter 1.9 mm)

Remove.

Remove the fixing plate when screws are removed.

Step 5

Remove the cables connecting the LCD screen, digitizer, front camera, etc. to the logic board in the order of the numbers in the photo.

Remove it by raising the connector part with a plastic spatula or the like.

When the cable is disconnected, the front panel and the bottom case side are completely separated.
