Place feet on a piece of paper, trace out the outline of the feet.
Measure your feet's length top to bottom.
Add about 1 cm to your feet's length and refer to below chart for the app insole length to choose the size.
Example : feet length 18cm, add 1 cm = 19cm
Size to choose is 28 with insole 19.5cm

What are roller shoes?
Roller shoes are skate shoes with retractable wheels in the soles of the shoes. Thus, the wearer can walk, run, or by shifting their weight to their heels, roll.
Generally, "Heeling" is a form of skating.
How to "Heel"?
The first thing you need to do to learn how to use your new roller shoes is to find your balance point.
You need to find the spot on your wheels where you can balance on them without any other portion of your shoe touching the ground.
When braking or if you lose your balance, put your toes down to stop and regain control.
The key is to keep balanced on the wheels while gliding.
Allow yourself plenty of time for learning and becoming comfortable on your roller shoes.
