There is only FREE size for the tutu skirt( u only need care about the waist size for a skirt)
the length of the skirt is depends on whether u want the skirt cover ur calf or u want cover ur ankle.this is very individual n u need to measure ur leg length to know which length is u want,we dun provide exchange or refund due to wrong length or color selected for the tutu skirt .i think no customer want to buy a piece which ppl used either .thank you for ur understanding n sorry for the trouble caused.
