We regret to inform you that Due to hygiene purposes, we DO NOT accept any Exchange or Refund of Stamp Ink Pads.
Recommended Storage Conditions : Store in super cool environment (air condition will be best) avoid light or heat.
We do not accept excuses that customers did not read the Terms & Conditions.

Buyer choose Normal Mail as your shipping method means you have bound to agree and accepted the Terms & Conditions. There will be NO Refund or Resend of any delayed or lost parcels by SingPost Normal Mail. It is the "SingPost Company" responsibilities to deliver your pacel and NOT the Seller as we have the evidence of SingPost Video Evidence Proof of all parcels. SingPost are the ones who handle your parcels delivery and Not the seller. With the latest technologies, all parcels have been captured by CCTV Cameras and Video Evidence Proof of all buyers parcel. (Video Evidence Proof will be submited upon request)
We always strongly recommend buyers to choose Registered Mail / Qxpress so we could keep track of your parcels with the delivery company for any issues and we could follow up with the courier companies. 

*All postage fees are inclusive of Government GST, postage handeling charges, weight, packing materials, etc.

Repostage Fee Chargeable

 **Please check your ADDRESS carefully before processing the order.

Buyer have to bear re-postage cost if you have provided incorrect address.

If your parcel is being returned to our warehouse address due to no one is at home to collect the parcel or did not re-schedule for re-delivery, buyer have to bear the re-postage cost. 

There are no delivery on weekends(sat,sun). Post Man does NOT work on Weekends!

This is the proper way of writing a valid address!
This way will help the postman/delivery person to read your address without any problems.

Your address should be written in this format:
