Health wristband movinh up smart bluetooth wristband can track your every step, let you know much energy and calories consumed in your daily life, it is much better for you to keep health.

Sleep
Health wristband can monitor the sleep quality according to your activity changes. Wear it and enter the sleep mode when you go sleeping, health wristband will indicate whether you are asleep or awake and monitor the sleep cycles comprised of three different stages including light sleep, deep sleep and awake. You can check the details by your mobile device after uploading the data.
Calories
Moving up wristband will calculate your calories burned in one day on the basis of metabolic rate.
Steps
Record every step, containing walk or run.
Reminder
Choose your type of reminder (sport, eat, sleep, wake-up, medicine, defined), enter the preferred time and day. You can create a recurring reminder and choose which days you want to reminder to repeat. Health wristband will gently vibrate and display the corresponding reminder icon to alert you.
Goals
Tap the goals tab of health wristband app to set daily goals for: Steps, distance, calories and hours slept. Once you hit one of your daily goal, health wristband will gently vibrate and display achieved.
Current time
Health wristband will automatically sync the time and date of your paired mobile phone. And also you can set your preferred time format manually (12-hour or 24-hour system) in the setting tab of health bracelet app.
