Suggested Use
Directions For Regular Use: Take 3 capsules on an empty stomach before breakfast and another 3 capsules on an empty stomach before lunch OR dinner. Never exceed more than 6 capsules within 24 hours. For best results Red Trim should be used in combination with other Controlled Labs products at least 64 ounces of water per day and a high protein/moderate carbohydrate diet.

Gelatin (capsule) maltodextrin rice flour magnesium stearate FD&C red #3 titanium dioxide (color) FD&C yellow #6 FD&C red #40 and FD&C blue #1.
