- Ferry Ticket is Valid for Adult or Child. All applicable taxes have to be paid to Holiday Guru upon redemption
- Ferry Ticket is only valid for Sekupang & Batam Center Ferry Terminal Only
- We will send you a confirmation number via Email to collect boarding pass at Majestic Ferry Counter
- Booking must be made within 60 days from Purchase date (Expired Ticket will be Forfieted)
- Boarding Pass must be collected 70min before Departure Time
- Board Gate close 30min before Departure Time
- Amendment is subject to our approval and policies
- Ferry Schedule and Seats are subject to change

As a licensing condition of the Singapore Tourism Board, for vouchers/packages /tickets with a price equal or above S$ 500, Holiday Guru suggests travelers to consider purchasing a travel insurance (a) against any failure or disruption in our provision of the travel product arising out of any insolvency on our part ; and (b) in favour of all travelers for whom the payment or deposit is to be made.
