You can control the volume, fast forward, backwards, pause, play, power, led lights, and phone all from the buttons on the speaker. It has a rechargeable 400mAh lithium-ion battery which needs 3.5 hours charging time and offers 2 hours of continuous playback. Standby time is 10 hours. To turn on the LED lights, first power on the speaker by holding down the power button till the power light turns on. Once the speaker is on, you then just hit the power button again to toggle the LED light on and off. Also just hold down the left and right arrow buttons to control the volume.
