Delivery

We will not be responsible for any lost or damaged item by normal mails.

Exchange Policy

Exchange will only be done for defective items

Please contact us in 3 days after receiving the item by email to get an exchange. We will respond to you as soon as possible.

In the event of a defective piece, please send us a picture of the item and we will advise you on the exchange procedure.

Returned items must be in original condition (unwashed and unworn) with intact tag/packaging

A new piece will be sent to you by registered post upon receiving the defective piece.

If item is out of stock, you will be given the option to exchange for a different design of the same value.

No refund will be given under any circumstances.

Size & colour

All photos are provided by suppliers.

Due to different monitor resolutions, there may be slight variations to the colour of the items.

Our measurements are done with the pieces lying flat down and may have a slight discrepancy of 1 to 2cm.

To avoid disappointment, please get measurements of your own clothes & choose accordingly from size chart provided.
