How to use

Usually there is internal resistance in all mobile. and power bank will lost power when you charge mobile because this internal resistance. we called it is Conversion Rate

please charge your power bank for 8 hours (1A charger) first and than to charge your mobile. it will works good (but don't charge it more than 10 hours)

6 hours (1A charger) charge can get the power bank full of power in normal times

charging time depending on charger.0.5A-2A,the more,the faster

the output power is different for every mobile. because mobile internal resistance is different.

Warranty Policy:

Every product we will be check and ensure all items are in good condition.
Customers need to submit the request within 7 days from the date of receiving, (based on tracking system) .
The item must be in an 'as new' condition and returned in the ORIGINAL, undamaged packaging with the accessories.Any of these missing, the return request will not be entertained.
The warranty is invalid if:
- Defects and damages are due to misuse, fault of negligence or usage other than the normal and customary manner
- Serial number and/or security seal are removed or tempered with.
- The product is modified, disassembled, tempered or attempted repair by any person.
- Returning cost must be beared by customer,re-delivery cost will beared by us.
- Must attached with original Receipt of purchase.
