Directions for use:

1. Ues dump cloth to wipe the area inside the shoes where the kits are going to be placed. It is to make sure no dirt and other particle that would affect the adhesive quality of the kits.
2. Wait the wiped area inside the shoes completely dry
3. Peel off the adhesive backing of the kits
4. Stick the kits to the heel or the ball-of-foot position inside the shoes
